Use of the App

Tell is a macOS application that helps you analyze screenshots you choose and generate structured output such as tables, palettes, rewritten text, or other results. You may use Tell for personal or professional purposes, provided that you use the software lawfully and respect the rights of others. You agree not to:

• misuse the software or attempt to interfere with its normal operation
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Tell, except where allowed by law
• use Tell to process content you do not have the right to use

AI-Generated Output

Some features of Tell may use AI services to analyze selected content and generate results. AI-generated output may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing any results before relying on them. Tell is a tool designed to assist with analysis, not a guarantee of correctness.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Tell may offer paid features or subscriptions. If you purchase Tell or a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms and policies.

Tell is provided “as is”. While we aim to make the app reliable and useful, we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output generated by the app.
