Using Tell
Tell is a macOS application sold as a one time purchase. By downloading and using Tell you agree to these terms.
Licence
You are granted a personal non-transferable licence to use Tell on your own Mac devices. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the app.
What we provide
Tell is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of system readings, or compatibility with future macOS versions. We will do our best to keep Tell updated and working.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard App Store refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
Liability
Tell reads system data and controls media playback on your device. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of Tell including but not limited to data loss, system issues or compatibility problems.
Updates
We reserve the right to update Tell and these terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated through app update notes.
